Do you wash pillows and duvets?

Yes. We process bed linen including pillows, duvets, mattress toppers and pillow protectors. Always check care labels first because some items may be dry clean only.

Do you have a minimum order?

Yes. Deliveries have a £25 minimum order charge. There is no minimum order for drop-off and collection.

How do I request something specific?

Call or email us with the request, or leave a note inside your laundry bag. We do our best to accommodate specific handling instructions.

Should I include my own list?

It is not required because we count all items, but we recommend you keep your own record of what you send.

When will my order be ready?

Typical turnaround is 48 to 72 hours, excluding Sundays and bank holidays.

Who do I contact about invoices?

Email accounts@cotswoldlinencare.co.uk and include your invoice number.

Do you wash personal clothes?

No. Personal clothes are not processed and will be returned to the customer.

Do you offer ironing-only services?

No. We do not offer stand-alone ironing services; our machinery is designed for wet-linen processing.

How can I pay if I do not have an account?

If you do not have an account, card payments are not currently accepted. Please pay by cash or cheque on collection.
